The service was impeccable! Most of our communication was done by text, which I love! Jake arrived when he said and communicated the entire process. It took a couple of weeks for the order and now they are installed. The installation was done in less than an hour and our installed as very kind and professional. My mom and I both ordered shutters from Jacob on the same day, and were both thrilled with the results. They took about 5-6 weeks to arrive, and were installed in under 2 hours. Our houses both look amazing, and the shutters are very heavy and very high quality. I had shutters in my previous house, and they were much lower quality than these. Both my mom and I purchased faux wood, which I understand to be cheaper and more durable, and not as temperament to climate changes. Originally, we both purchased these for our homes bedrooms, but after seeing how great they looked, we both went back and ordered shutters for the den windows in each of our homes.

a year ago We are very pleased with our interactions with All Blinds in Biloxi/Gulfport. We have a 2 story wall of windows in our house and wanted roller shades on all 8 windows for privacy. Jacob came out to our house and brought samples as well as estimates. We purchased motorized shades for the top row of windows and cordless roller shades for the bottom row. We were able to pick any color we wanted as they are fully customizable. The team was fully engaged and very communicative. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!
